Our unique program ranges from a recommenced four weeks up to a maximum of three months, depending on individual cases. The program focuses on restoring a healthy lifestyle through prescribed daily therapeutic activities.

Individuals entering Highlands wellness group are assigned a consultant psychiatrist, if they do not already have one, who will be their case manager to help them through their recovery journey. Other members of the multidisciplinary team will include the Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Mental health Nurse and the Next of Kin of the individual. Each resident will receive daily therapy sessions which are individually tailored to confront and address the undercover and underlying aspects of mental health, in an environment with peer support from other individuals who are also on their healing journey.

Once a resident has been discharged from any of the centers, they’ll continue to receive post discharge support including relapse prevention and treatment on an outpatient basis.
